This luxury home really is something special. Fully air conditioned, this two storey Villa in a gated community has 4 bedrooms, sleeping up to 8 people, 4.5 baths and is fully equipped for all your needs with many special features. The Villa is just 30 minutes from Orlando Airport and 10 minutes from Disney World.
Onen of the special features of this Villa is that it is not overlooked. Situated on a large V shaped plot, the view is over a nature conservation area and a lake, not someone else's pool deck.
Accommodation consists of 1 King Suite, 1 Queen Suite on the 2nd floor with sunbathing/viewing balcony & 2 Twin Bedded rooms, one themed in Disney style. 4.5 Bathrooms provides very comfortable living for large parties.
The large pool is surrounded by an extended deck with sun loungers and has a patio area outside the pool screen for serious sunbathing and wildlife observation. There is a lovely dining area on the pool deck to enjoy the views and the weather.
The house is surrounded by beautifully landscaped grounds with rare tropical palms.
There is a pool/billiards table, music system throughout the house and on the pool deck, DVD Player, books, maps and lots of useful information.
One visited, you will want to come back again and again like many of this Villa's guests.
