A Luxurious 5 bed 4 bath pool villa built and furnished late 2004, situated in the prestigious Emerald Island Resort which is like a tropical oasis centered within a protected wet land making this a wonderful holiday destination.
Emerald Island is only 5 minutes from Disney World (you can see the fireworks from our drive) and close to the other main attractions. Within a short drive you are at Sea World and Universal Studios.
As you enter this lovely home, you will be impressed with the soaring 17ft high ceilings in the spacious hallway and living room. The living room is a great place to relax in comfort after a busy day at the many attractions, there is an entertainment centre with TV, DVD/VCR and new slimline playstation2 with games.
The tastefully furnished dinning room has upgraded table and 6 dinning chairs, whilst the nook has a further dinning set with table and 4 chairs.
From the nook there are sliding doors to the lanai..
The kitchen has everything we think you will possibly need to have a great family meal. From wine glasses to dishwasher, from teaspoon to fridge/freezer with ice maker. With of course that most important coffee maker and teapot.
There is your own personal laundry room with separate washing machine and dryer, ironing board, iron, vacuum cleaner.
The ground floor Master Suite has an American King size Bed and overlooks the pool and spa, there is a TV and ceiling fan with fitted lamp. The large en-suite has a corner tub, separate shower, vanity basin, toilet and hairdryer. There is also a large walk in wardrobe with plenty of hanging space and shelving.
The second Master Suite is up stairs and also overlooks the pool and spa, with a large fitted wardrobe, TV and ceiling fan with fitted lamp. En-suite has a full bath with shower over, vanity basin, toilet and hairdryer.
The 3rd and 4th Bedrooms are both twin bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, TV?s and ceiling fans with fitted lamps. These two bedrooms share the family bathroom which consists of full bath with shower over, vanity basin, toilet, and hairdryer.
There is a second DVD and a portable radio/cd/mp3 player which can be moved from room to room.
The 5th Bedroom is on the ground floor and has a large fitted wardrobe TV and ceiling fan with fitted lamp. Across from this bedroom is a shower room with vanity basin, toilet and hairdryer.
Garage/Games area, with a large pool table, air hockey, table soccer, large array of games.
The pool area is west facing allowing maximum sun. With its bubbling spa and extended pool deck there is room for the whole family to relax on good quality pool furniture. While you relax you have the added security of the safety pool net keeping little ones safe from the pool. There is a lanai for those odd times you may want to sit in the shade. The pool area is also a great place to relax in the evening with the under water lighting adding to the ambiance of the occasion.
