Our newly built four bedroomed villa is large enough to accommodate two families and provides large open-plan living space in which you and your family can relax after a busy day at the parks. Our villa is part of the gated community of Highgrove – a new development and one of the closest to the Disney parks, which are only 10-15 minutes away. Universal studios is just 20-25 minutes away.
The villa comes equipped with all the comforts of home so you can stay in, relax with a beer or a glass of wine, cook your own meal or get a takeaway. Alternatively, the villa is 5 minutes away from plenty of bars and restaurants should you wish to dine out.
The villa sleeps 8 people (or 10 using double sofa bed in living area). The two ensuite master bedrooms (each with colour TV) make it ideal for two families to share. The two further twin rooms sharing a further family bathroom provide comfortable, versatile accommodation.
The villa is furnished to a high standard. The beautifully furnished living area has sliding doors overlooking the pool area. The living room has a large colour TV, DVD player and Playstation, and comes complete with a selection of films and games.
The fully equipped kitchen area has a breakfast bar and dining table. All electrical applicances are provided – American style cooker and fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washer and drier, iron & ironing board, even a coffee maker and smoothie maker !
There is a large 14m x 26m heated pool, with attached spa - perfect for relaxing with a cool beer while the kids are splashing about in the pool. The deck area has a shady lanai, luxury pool furniture and a BBQ for outdoor dining. The whole deck is enclosed by a large bug busting screen.
Our property is professionally looked after by our management company who are available if help is required – both for queries about the property facilities and general queries about the area. They are on call 24/7 in the case of any emergencies
We welcome families with children. There is a pool alarm to prevent children wandering into the pool area unattended and we have no stairs for them to fall down !. High chair, stroller, cot etc., can be provided on request at no extra cost.
We want you to feel completely at home in our home. Tea and coffee is provided for you on arrival. We can arrange other items on request – a basket full of shopping to get you started?; a bottle of champagne on ice for those special occasions ? Let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Highgrove is a new gated community of Mediterranean style villas, situated at the Junction of I-27 and 192, just 15 minutes west of Disney’s main gate. The resort has its own clubhouse with children’s playarea and large community pool with luxury pool furniture.
