Welcome to our spacious and luxurious 5/6 bed 4 ½ bathroom villa
The property is furnished to a very high standard and offers the
very highest level of facilities.
The villa is much larger than the average rental villa with over
3,000 sq ft of space and is air conditioned throughout. We
appreciate that often 2 or 3 families get together to have the
holiday of a lifetime, the villa provides ample space for groups of
up to 12 and has 3 separate lounge areas enabling people to have
time to themselves after a busy day together.
There are 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, 3 of the bedrooms are en-
suite with one of the en-suite rooms being on the ground floor.
We have tried to offer something a little different to the norm and
focussed on high quality furnishings (the beds are the best you can
buy) and tried to create a tasteful and elegant environment. All of
the furniture and fittings we hand picked by the owner and NOT one of
the off the shelf furniture packages...and you will be able to tell!
These are the things that are hard to describe but make all the
difference.
The pool area is luxurious and boasts a large pool with integral hot
tub. There’s lots of lounging areas and a covered dining space
(Lanai) outdoors to make sure you get the most of the great Florida
Weather.

Activities and Attractions:
We are ideally located for easy access to local attractions. Disney’s
main gate is about 15 minutes away. Being South West of Orlando
means its easy to take advantage of all that is on offer both in the
Orlando area and the Gulf/Tampa area.
As well as the obvious theme parks there's a wealth of other
activities available to you (the US's best beach is no more than 1
1/2hrs away).
Orlando is wonderful for the golfers (we've got 2 sets of clubs).
There's 20 golf courses with 15 miles of us
For the shopaholics amongst you, whether you are looking for the
smart shopping mall i.e. Florida Mall, Festival Bay, or Mall at
Millenia, or searching for a Floridian bargain at the Premium
Outlets or Pointe Orlando there is no end of choice.
