Our beautiful, brand new 4 bedroom villa built Januaryr 2006, is situated in the prestigious Tuscan Hills development.
Tuscan Hills is a secure gated community located in Davenport on the Highway 27, close to Highway 192, and only minutes from the Interstate 4. This gives you access to all the main traveling routes in central Florida and means that Orlando airport and Sanford airport are just 30 minutes and 60 minutes easy drive from our villa.
The house itself is big enough for a large family or two smaller families to share (sleeping 8-10 adults), with just over 1,850 sq ft of air conditioned living space and a fantastic Games room.
You'll be able to relax around our large South facing 26 by 15 foot pool and should the Florida sunshine become too much, you can either sit in the shaded lanai complete with ceiling fan, retire back inside the villa where all the rooms are kept at a cool and constant temperature, or just lie back in our superb spa.
For those who enjoy a more active holiday, Walt Disney World and many of Orlando's world famous attractions are only 12 minutes away by car, alternatively why not spend the day in the superb new Poisener Centre Mall with its up market retail outlets, restaurants and cinema, situated on Highway 27 just 7 miles away.
