Robin’s Retreat is ideally located to meet all your families’ requirements.
We are opposite the awe-inspiring Reunion resort, with its 54 holes golf courses (designed by Tom Watson, Arnold Palmer and Jack Nicklaus), a fully staffed spa, and soon to open water-park.
Championsgate resort is 5 minutes away by car – here you will find two world-class golf courses designed by Greg Norman, another fully staffed spa and 5 exquisite restaurants. Here you can also find all the local shopping amenities you will need such as Publix Supermarket, Bank, Gas/Petrol stations (BP, with Wild Bean Café and 7 Eleven), Walgreens Chemist, McDonalds, several eateries, DVD and video rental shop and even a hairdressers.
The major parks are all within 25 minutes (Disney 10, Seaworld 20, Universal 25). You can be relaxing on a beach in 60 minutes or in a shopping mall in 10.
The famous "192 strip with unlimited dining and evening entertainment is less than 5 minutes away.
Robin’s Retreat is our brand new villa in an exclusive Mediterranean style community, located on a brand new subdivision of 96 homes, set on and surrounded by conservation land, all with Spanish tiled roofs and block paved driveways.
4 bedroom/2 bath luxuriously furnished villa.
The lounge overlooks the pool area, with access through patio doors onto the lanai, and equipped with cable television, DVD player, selection of DVD’s and videos, a selection of electronic games, board games, books and magazines. All designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The lounge sofa converts to Queen Size Bed to provide additional sleeping accommodation if required.
A fully equipped kitchen and separate laundry area makes this a real home from home. American style fridge/freezer (with ice maker), electric range, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, blender, coffee maker, large range of cookware, crockery and cutlery should meet all your kitchen needs. The laundry area is equipped with large washing machine and tumble dryer. Here you will also find the iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner and range of cleaning utensils.
The dining area also has access to the pool area via patio doors. Being close to the kitchen this is also an ideal area for breakfasts and suppers with the family.
Master en-suite bedroom has Queen Size bed and cable television - the en-suite also doubles as a handy pool bath. There is a large walk-in wardrobe, a hairdryer in the en-suite and telephone.
Bedroom two contains a full size bed with cable television, and a large wardrobe.
Bedroom three is a spacious twin room with cable television and video player. There is also a large wardrobe.
Bedroom two and three are towards the front of the villa - separated by the family bathroom, making this villa ideal for two family holidays, where you require a little bit of your "own" space.
Bedroom four is a Mickey themed twin room with Mickey cable television and a selection of children’s (girls and boys) toys.
Our villa comes with a pool, spa and extended pool deck. A patio table chairs and loungers make this private area an ideal location to relax in the afternoon after a busy day visiting the sights. Pool heating is available (at an additional charge). A range of pool inflatables make this a fun filled area for children and adults alike. There is also a charcoal barbecue for use by our guests.
All access doors to the pool area are monitored via a pool alarm system and also provided free of charge is a cot, highchair and stroller.
The property is expertly managed by a local management company who are on call 24 hours a day should the need arise.
