Our beautiful villa is situated on the 5 star, gated resort - Windsor Palms, and boasts the location of 'Disney's celebration' zipcode.
Windsor Palms is one of Orlando's Palatial gated communities consisting of luxury pool homes and executive condos. Windsor Palms has a superb, unrivalled range of communal facilities to offer its guests.
Situated in a prime location less than 10 minutes drive to Disney, Windsor Palms will make an ideal base for your Florida vacation. Conveniently located within two miles of the resort, you will find grocery stores, a 24 hour Wallgreens Pharmacy, many popular restaurants such as Outback, Red Lobster, Giordano’s Pizza, etc. For those who want emergency staples, there is a convenience store/sundry shop located on site at Windsor Palms clubhouse that is open until 10:30 pm.
In addition to being minutes from Disney, this resort provides quick and easy access to all the main highways that lead to central Florida's attractions.
Windsor Palms has a stunning communal pool facility. The pool area consists of a large heated swimming pool, separate toddlers pool and a heated spa. Ample sun loungers and a large deck area with shaded tables and chairs make it a perfect spot for a days sunbathing.
This resort features a stunning 7,500 square feet clubhouse incorporating:
· A 58-seat movie theatre, convenience store, DVD rentals, pool, table tennis, air hockey tables, arcade games, fitness centre, tennis courts, basketball courts, sand volleyball, resort size pool, hot tub, kiddy pool, playground, BBQ grills. These amenities are free of charge for the use of our guests.
· Business centre with Internet access and photo printing in the clubhouse.
· This upscale community is gated and has a guard in attendance 24 hours per day.
For a nominal fee there is a shuttle service to all the major theme parks and outlet malls which run daily from the clubhouse for those not wishing to drive. "Beware" other comunities my look as nice but very often are 4x the size, in short - 4x as many people wanting to use amenities the same size as Windsor Palms...
This beautiful, deluxe villa is exquisitely furnished with everything to make your Disney/Orlando vacation memorable. Our two story home which is the largest design on the community briefly comprises:
· 1x master King bed, 1x master Queen bed, 1x King bed and 3x twin bedrooms:
(All twin rooms are themed one Mickey Mouse, one Winnie Pooh, and one red/white and blue)
· South facing pool and extended sun deck
· Large inbuilt Waterfall spa/Jacuzzi
· No Neighbours to the rear
· Open aspects to the front
· Two separate living areas (get a break from the kids!)
· Cable TV and DVD/Video in every bedroom
· **NEW** games room incorporating:
1x Slate-bed pool tables, 1x Table tennis tables and 1x Air hockey table.
· PS2 and games
· Free unlimited National and International calls directly from the villa
· Free high speed internet access.
The fully fitted kitchen includes a full size refrigerator with icemaker, oven/range, microwave, dishwasher, and all the accessories you'll need to prepare anything from a gourmet meal to a quick snack. There is a separate laundry room with a washer/drier and all towels and linens are provided for your convenience.
The villa can accommodate 12 people in comfort. Cribs, high chair, and strollers are free and are available by request. A BBQ is also available on request free of charge.
