Our beautiful Florida villa has 4 bedrooms / 3 bathrooms with Large Private Screened Pool and is just 15 minutes from Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, Florida.
There are 2 En-suite Master bedrooms with large walk-in showers. It can therefore accommodate families/groups, with 2 couples each having their own Master suite. Both Master bedrooms overlook the pool area and are fitted with Queen size beds, dressers, bedside tables with reading lamps, Cable TV, phone, clock radio and large walk-in closets.
There are 2 additional bedrooms, each furnished with two Twin size beds, drawer, bedside table with lamp, clock radio and large built-in closet. One of these bedrooms has a TV/VCR and Sony Playstation 2. Both bedrooms have direct access to the third adjoining bathroom, which effectively becomes another En-suite bathroom when only 1 of these rooms is in use.
The 3rd bathroom has a large vanity area. A separate door leads to the bath tub with shower area. This bathroom can therefore be used privately by more than one person at a time.
The spacious Family room is furnished with a large Queen sleeper sofa, a two seater sofa, armchair, coffee table and side table with lamps. It is equipped with a large Cable TV, DVD and CD/Hi-Fi system.
Large Patio doors lead to the Covered Patio/Lanai, which provides a shaded area and is furnished with a table and chairs for that Al-fresco dining experience.
The Large Private Screened Pool area has extended decking, providing you with extra space to relax and enjoy the Florida Sunshine on the sunloungers provided. The Pool can be heated for your comfort and has underwater lighting for night swimming.
The fully fitted kitchen has a breakfast bar with bar stools and is equipped with everything you would need during your stay. This includes a fridge/freezer with icemaker, microwave oven, full size oven and hob, dishwasher, waste disposal, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, kitchen utensils and a full range of crockery, cutlery and glassware. An iron and ironing board are also provided.
The dining area is furnished with a large dining table and chairs.
