BRIEF DESCRIPTION
Welcome to Emerald Gem where guests are our priority.
We are constantly improving Emerald Gem to ensure all of our guests get maximum enjoyment from their vacation.
The living accommodation is light and spacious throughout and is fully air conditioned with additional ceiling fans in the bedrooms for added comfort at night.
The heated pool and spa back onto lush tropical woodland with ample poolside furniture and a BBQ, the ideal place to relax and unwind at the end of a hectic day.
Located only 5 minuted away from Orlando`s famous attractions Emerald Island Resort is just far enough away to feel like your own tropical hideaway but close enough to walk to many of the excellent restaurants on the popular 192 highway.
All the excitement of Walt Disney World, Seaworld and Universal Studios are just a short drive away, not to mention the great Golf, Shopping and Dining.
For fun in the sun and surf Florida`s spectacular beaches are a leisurely hours drive away.
Everything you might wish to do is easily accessible from Emerald Gem.

Lounge: A spacious open plan Lounge overlooking the pool area. This room has ample comfortable seating. It has a large screen TV with numerous cable channels, DVD player, Music Centre,& a Play Station 2. There is a selection of DVD`S Books & popular Board Games
Family Room: A comfortable second seating area with two sofas, TV, DVD, and Sony Surround sound system. An Ideal place to relax away from the pool and the heat of the day.
Bedrooms: A tastefully decorated Master Suite overlooking the Pool/Spa with TV and DVD Player, Hairdryer and Radio Alarm Clock. The walk in wardrobe has ample hanging space. The large en-suite Bathroom has a separate WC, Walk-in Shower and large Corner Bath.
Another Master Bedroom with en-suite facitities, WC,Bath and Shower. There is ample hanging space in the fitted Wardrobes.This room also has a TV, Radio Alarm Clock and Hairdryer.
A further comfortable double Bedroom with a Queen Bed, ample Wardrobe space, Radio Alarm Clock and Hairdryer.
A twin bedded room overlooking the Pool/Spa. Brightly furnished and featuring a selection of Disney Toys to amuse kids of all ages. The ample Wardrobe space houses a Tot`s Toy Box to keep the younger guests amused.
Another Twin Bedded room next to the Master Bedroom so younger children need not be far from mum and dad. This room shares the third Bathroom with the other twin Bedroom.
Kitchen: A large open plan Kitchen with Breakfast Table and Chairs, fully fitted with Microwave, Dishwasher, Coffee Maker etc. In fact everything you are likely to need. For peace of mind there is a Fire Extinguisher and a First Aid Kit.
Utility Room: Laundry facilities can all be found in the Garage and feature a Washing Machine,Dryer, Ironing Board and Iron etc.
Games Room: This very well equipped Games Room has a 7ft. Pool Table, Air Hockey Table, Electronic Dart Board and a Multi Games Table with Foosball Table Tennis,Skittles, Roulette, Chess and Draughts. There is also a TV, Music Centre, and Tennis Racquets.
Pool: The Heated Pool and Spa back onto lush woodland.The Spa has the unique advantage of a rapid heat facility. The Deck area has Sun Loungers, Tables and Chairs and a removable Child Safety Fence. There are Pool Toys in the Games Room .
Other Info: All Bedrooms have the addition of Ceiling Fans for added comfort at night. The Games Room has a floor standing fan. The villa is also equipped with a Highchair, Cot, Pushchair and even a childs Life Vest for the Pool.
Amenities
The prestigious resort of Emerald Island has a Clubhouse with Concierge,Fitness Room, Sauna,a Communial Pool and Spa and a licenced Tiki Bar. There are Tennis and Volley Ball Courts, a Nature Trail and two Childrens Play Areas. Attraction Tickets are available and both Taxis and a Shuttle Bus service run from the Clubhouse entrance.

The world is your oyster, there is so much to do and so little time. Everything you are likely to want to do and more is here for you in the entertainment capital of the world.

Within easy reach are Magic Kingdom, MGM Studios, Amimal Kingdom, Epcot, Typhoon Lagoon, Blizzard Beach, Universal Studios & Islands of Adventure,Seaworld & Discovery Cove, Pleasure Island, Downtown Disney, Old Town, many great Golf Courses and several Crazy Golf Courses. Further afield are the Kennedy Space Centre, Busch Gardens, Cypress Gardens, the Everglades and of course the fantastic Beaches.
Shopping/Dining
Highway 192 famous for it`s many attractions, shopping and restaurants is within walking distance of the villa. The local Mall has a Supermarket, Liquor Store a walk in Medical Centre and a number of shops and Diners.
Booking Notes
A deposit of £150 or $250 per week is required to secure a booking. Credit Cards and Pay-Pal are accepted but will carry a 3% handling charge. We do not accept bookings of more than 28 days. Guests may stay for any number of nights but there will be a final cleaning charge added for any stay of less than 7 days.
