The Palm Grove vacation villa is located in the prestigious Emerald Island Resort, less than three miles from Walt Disney World ® and a short walk or drive to shopping and dining. It only takes a few minutes to get to other Orlando attractions such as Sea World, Universal Studios, the Convention Centers, and International Drive. There are many golf courses in the area and a dizzying array of shopping malls. The beautiful beaches of the Atlantic and Gulf coasts are just an hour away.
Our spacious villa will provide you with a sense of tranquility and is easily big enough for a multi-family vacation. The amenities include 6 bedrooms, of which 4 are en-suite with King-Size beds, and a total of 5.5 bathrooms. Up to 12 people can stay in the villa. There is a heated pool, games room, and TV/DVD/VCR in every bedroom. We can also provide two roll-away cribs, high chairs, barbeque and strollers if requested in advance.
The Palm Grove villa has the following layout:
- 4 master bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom and King-Size bed. This makes the villa ideal for larger groups such as multi-family vacations. One master bedroom is downstairs, the others are upstairs.
- 2 bedrooms each with two twin beds, sleeping a total of 2 persons per bedroom.
- Games Room with Pool Table, and Foosball (Bar Football).
- Family Room with wide screen TV and leather couches
- Formal Living Room
- Screened large deck area with heated pool
- A fully equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee-maker

Emerald Island Resort is a special preserve - a "land island" of 300 acres completely surrounded by a conservation area, yet less than 3 miles from Disney World. Within this haven you can take advantage of the 4000 Sq Ft clubhouse with its many facilities that are FREE to residents and guests. These facilities include an exercise room, sauna, meeting room, cyber caf?, games room, and community pool with Tiki Bar. Concierge service is also available at the clubhouse. The resort has a security gate that is staffed 24 hours a day.
