Our Florida home is in Sunset Lakes which is an upmarket, quiet, gated community so is safe and secure and within minutes of Disney, Universal Studios and masses of shopping. It has two stunning fishing lakes and paddleboats, Gazebo, communal pool, Cabana and a Children’s play area.
This is a perfect family villa for visiting Disney World, Orlando and the rest of Florida.

All bed linen and towels and pool towels are provided. The villa is fully licenced, meets all fire and safety regulations and is fully air-conditioned and centrally heated. Florida Law prohibits barbeques in the pool area.
Pets are not allowed and for the comfort of other users of the property, smoking within the villa is not allowed.

10 minutes to Disney World. 20/25 minutes to Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, International Drive with all it's attractions is 10 minutes away. SeaWorld 20 minutes, Cape Canaveral- 75 minutes. Gulf Coast 90 minutes.
Orlando International airport 30 minutes. Sanford airport 45 minutes. Tampa airport less than 1 hour away.
5 minutes to Publix supermarket and major shopping on Highway 192. Wal Mart is 5 minutes away on Highway 27
