Our home is very spacious offering fully air-conditioned living space of approximately 2000 square feet. As the villa is single storey there are no staircases to trouble either senior citizens or families with young children.
The villa is located in the centre of Lake Berkley Resort, a few minutes walk from the communal facilities and a 24 hour Walmart store.Our villa has luxury furnishings and has been equipped to a very high standard. The Villa has plush carpets throughout with the exception of the kitchen, bathrooms and entrance foyer to which benefits from ceramic floor tiles. All windows and doors leading to the pool area are alarmed for child safety purposes as required by Florida Law. The villa is fully registered and licensed with the Florida State Tourist Authority.
Our professionally decorated, luxurious fully air-conditioned Villa contains 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large family room, separate dining room and living area, kitchen, a large private swimming pool with pool cover and a double garage which also houses the washing machine and drier.
The spacious family room has everything to make your stay at our villa as comfortable as it can possibly be. The room overlooks the pool, which can be accessed by patio doors. The furniture includes two very comfortable sofas and chair. For your entertainment there is a large screen T.V. complete with multichannel cable, DVD and video.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, self cleaning cooking range, microwave, large fridge,waste disposal system, telephone with free local calls, table and kitchen dining area plus all required cooking utensils and cutlery.
There is a breakfast nook near the kitchen to seat four persons.
The villa has a further formal lounge and dining area with table six chairs and two sofas, one can be converted into a bed. We have placed a CD music system in the lounge to encourage a quiet and more relaxed area.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and is fully furnished with a walk in closet The first master bathroom is located as an ensuite to the Master bedroom. This includes a Roman bath, a separate walk in shower, a w/c and a wash basin. There is also a cable TV.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed cable TV and VCR and the second ensuite master bathroom comprising bath with integral shower, a WC and a washbasin.
The remaining two bedrooms both have single beds one with cable TV and VCR, the other with cable TV and playstation 2. These two bedroom share the large family bathroom.
The lovely screened pool (heating extra) is south facing has plenty of patio seating and is surrounded by bougainvilleas for your privacy. There is also a pool cover and roller to maintain pool heat during the cool evenings.
Lake Berkley Resort is an upscale-gated community designed exclusively for vacationers. It features a large spring-fed lake with sandy beach, dock, volleyball and nature trail around the lake. There is also a 2000 sq. ft. clubhouse with community pool, spa & fitness centre, tennis courts and childrens? playground. The clubhouse provides an ATM machine and a store that offers ice cream, snacks, suntan lotion, etc. The clubhouse was recently enhanced to offer computers with internet access, movie rentals, and a games room complete with pool table, air hockey set, crane game, and several video games.Although it is convenient to all major attractions in Orlando, Lake Berkley Resort lies in a quiet, secluded enclave of luxurious private homes surrounded by wooded areas and orange groves.
The Resort is located just off Hwy 192 at Marker 14 within walking distance of Medieval Times and a 24-Hour Wal-Mart Superstore.The resort is less than 10 minutes to Disney close to Seaworld, Universal Studios, The Florida Mall, outlet malls plus International Drive with all it has to offer.
The Atlantic beaches and Kennedy Space Centre are about an hour away and Clearwater and the world famous gulf beaches are about 1 1/2 hours away. The Orlando Airport is approximately 20 minutes away.
