This beautiful, two-storey villa is located on a large lot in this small community of executive homes, probably the nearest residential area to Disney. Inside the villa, you can relax in the comfortable surroundings, or make use of the large screen TV and DVD with a collection of films for your enjoyment.
On the ground floor, you will find the family room, dining room, fully-equipped kitchen, and half bathroom. One of the master queen-size bedrooms is also located here, with its own TV and patio doors leading to the pool area. The exceptionally large en-suite bathroom has a tub with jets and a separate shower.
The second master bedroom, with en-suite facilities, is found on the second floor along with the third full bedroom and twin room with shared bathroom.
This villa has been furnished with everything that you need including washer, dryer and dishwasher. All linen and towels are provided as are the smaller items such as hairdrier and iron. All you need bring is yourself!
From May 2005, you will have the use of your own games room - so why not shoot some pool or play any of the other bar room games!! You'll never be stuck for something to do here!
The private pool overlooking the lake is fully-screened and has a shaded lanai area if you want to shelter from sun! Cushioned loungers and chairs with table are provided for dining outdoors or for those lazy days spent basking in the Florida sunshine! Or, if you prefer, relax by the lake and spend time fishing.
