- Price includes reasonable use of utilities but NOT, flights, car hire, holiday insurance etc. Prices are subject to currency fluctuations and government action.All prices include taxes and utilities.
- Online Bookings, All Bookings Paid online will receive an automated email Reservation confirmation, This will be confirmed with in 24hrs, Off2Disney can not be held responsible for any Home owner failing to update their availability calendar, resulting in a booking being taken in error
Please be re-assured our rules for home owners are very strict on this matter, and are rigidly enforced.
- In the unlikely event that we have to cancel your booking you will be given a full refund of monies paid to off2disney or we will offer you alternative accommodation of a similar standard,Under no circumstances does off2disney offer compensation for cancelation of bookings.
- Security Deposit You are required to pay the villa owner a -Refundable security deposit of ?200/$300 This is to guard against any possible damage / loss / excessive cleaning to the property that is incurred during your rental period.
- Cancellation must be in writing to the Villa owner by the party leader. In the event of cancellation, the following charges apply: 10 weeks or more prior to rental period - loss of deposit only, 30 - 60 days notice: 50% of the rental charge Less than 30 days notice: 100% of the rental charge. For most reasons beyond your control cancellations will be covered by your Travel insurance. In the unlikely event that circumstances beyond the Owner's control necessitate the cancellation of the rental arrangement, the Owner reserves the right to cancel any bookings at any time and will only be liable to refund monies already paid by the Guest. Furthermore, the Owner cannot guarantee that all the facilities described in their brochure or web site will be available.
- Animals/pets are strictly not permitted (Unless approved by villa owner). If a pet has been in a home, there will be an automatic charge at the owner's discretion, to cover the cost of professionally cleaning all carpets and upholstery and to call in a pest control agency.
- No liability is accepted by the Owner for loss of main services or failure of appliances, nor for the consequences of the actions or omissions of persons who may control supply of mains service, nor any actions taken in the vicinity of the property by any authority over which there is no control by the Owner. Furthermore, it is possible that some construction work may take place in the area of new homes. The Guest should establish the status of the development prior to booking.
- In the unlikely event that due to circumstances beyond our control we need to make changes or cancel your booking, We will inform you as soon as possible, We reserve the right to cancel any bookings at any time, and will only be held liable to refund monies already paid by you the client.
- In case of "force majeaure" your booking may need to be terminated prior to the scheduled conclusion of your booking, This is unlikely to occur, Although if the situation arises we will not be able to offer refunds, Your Travel Insurance may cover you for these events.
- The owners/agents cannot accept any responsibility for any loss or damage to your property, or for death, any injury sustained by any member of the party, howsoever caused.
- Do not allow unsupervised children to use the pool, spa, garage or any such areas. Items such as clothes, toys etc. must not be left in the spa.
- off2disney.com will not warrant or accept responsibility for any misrepresentation provided by the villa owner.
- The pool Safety fence must be kept erected at all times for the safety of children.
- The pools are cleaned and chemically balanced every week for your safety and comfort; however on rare occasions it may be necessary to apply extra chemicals to the pool to maintain safe and correct chemical levels. Should this occur during your stay it will be necessary for you to be out of the pool for a period of 12-24 hours for safety reasons.
- If you have requested pool heating, the temperature is subject to prevailing weather conditions, etc. The pool covers must be used to retain the heat when the pool is not in use and this is the responsibility of the guest at the time.
- All doors and windows must be closed and any security alarm at the property must be set whenever you are not in the property. Guests are responsible for closing all doors and windows and for setting the security alarm.
- The owners or agents will not be liable for loss or delay occasioned by strikes, riots, political unrest, hostilities, war, terrorist activity, industrial disputes, fire, flood, technical/weather, problems with transport, aircraft grounding, closure of airports.
- We reserve the right to treat the booking as cancelled if we do not receive the balance by the due date.
- YOU ARE AGAIN REMINDED OF THE ADVISABILITY OF TAKING OUT ADEQUATE TRAVEL INSURANCE FOR ALL MEMBERS OF YOUR PARTY.
- Check - in time after 4:00pm on arrival date. Check - out time before 10:00am on departure date. Failure to vacate the property by this time will result in additional charges.
Guests will not be allowed to add extra people to the villa than was agreed at the time of booking, without prior arrangement with the owners. An extra $16 (?10) per extra person per night is chargeable at owners discretion.
Extra cleaning above the norm will incur extra charges.
- Guests using renting homes from off2disney.com are responsible for all damage and missing inventory items or loss occurring during their stay and the cost of repair/replacement - please note that guest liability in this respect is not limited to the security deposit amount.
- It is important that guests thoroughly check our homes on arrival and report any problems or deficiencies to the management company within 24 hours of arrival.
- Please note that, as Florida is a tropical State, insects such as ants and the like are occasionally inevitable, and are not cause for complaint. The villas are treated periodically as part of a pest and termite control programme, and are professionally cleaned.
- off2disney.com Villa owners do not accept liability for any injury, Damage or Loss sustained by any Member of your party or by any persons Entering the Home During your rental period.
- Smoking is not allowed. If you smoke you are advised to do so outside. The management company/agents reserves the right to remove occupiers from the premises (without refund) for breaching of the booking conditions
