Villa owner registration - list your Orlando vacation villa

Before you may enquire to list a villa for free on Off2Disney, you must first accept and agree to our Terms and Conditions:

Owners accept placing their Villa on this site enables off2disney to place bookings in their Home at the agreed rates determined by you the owner . Once a booking is received, Off2Disney will inform the Villa by email or Telephone requesting confirmation of availability. The owner agrees to confirm by e-mail within 24 hours confirmation of availability. This is Extremely important and will be strictly enforced.

Owner must ensure that their availability calendar is up to date and is updated immediately after taking their own personal bookings, including their own vacations. This is very important, and is designed to ensure that bookings are not taken where availability is not there.Your listing will Not be shown in any Search Results if your Calendar has Not been updated.

Once a booking request is made and payment confirmed off2Disney will contact you the villa owner, We request that you contact the Guest with in 24hrs of the booking.

Once a booking is confirmed The villa owner agrees to pay 10% of the agreed rental rate to off2Disney for any bookings taken through this web site.

Off2Disney booking procedure requires the customer to pay a 20% deposit to secure the booking. The villa owner agrees that 10% of this payment plus paypal charges will be retained by off2disney as commission

Once off2Disney has received Payment and has sent a confirmation email to the Customer we will then forward you the Villa owner all the the Guest Details,name address, telephone numbers and e-mail addresses along with Payment. From this point the villa owner will responsible for all Queries information and collecting the Balance Payment along with Security Deposits.Unless off2Disney is the Booking agent for your Home,Please contact us if you wish off2Disney to be the booking agent for your Villa.

Rates for villas are calculated by our villa finder on a nightly rate basis. There is also a facility for owners to offer a rate rebate on the following basis.

It shall be the owners sole responsibility to add or remove discounts to their relevant default rate. OFF2DISNEY will take no responsibility for rates being altered in error by the owner.

All rates quoted must include tax and utilities. Villa owners are reminded that they must allow for a 10% commission charge on their rates.

Once we have confirmed the booking by e-mail to the customer the following procedures will apply.

Please note when a customer makes a booking they must confirm they have read, and agreed to off2disney Terms & Conditions. Any owner placing their Home on this site agrees to the following payment procedure in their villa owners terms and conditions.

On confirmation of booking customer pays 20% deposit ( 10% to be retained by Off2Disney (plus paypal charge) as commission for booking The balance will be paid By Cheques directly to you the Villa owner within 1 week of money being received.

Where the booking is taken within 10 weeks of travel the booking will be paid in full to off2disney . Once the Payment id received off2Disney will deduct 10% commission (plus paypal charges)and send the balance within 1 week of money being received.

Should we receive a request to cancel a booking before payment is confirmed, any booking made, will be cancelled immediately and the villa owner informed as soon as possible.

Once payment has been received, and a confirmation e-mail has been sent to the customer by Off2Disney, it will remain the sole responsibility of the villa owner to enforce their own cancellation terms and conditions.

Upon request Off2Disney will issue the villa owner with a user name and password to gain access to our back end database to input their villa details.

Acceptance by the villa owner of the above terms and conditions will be established permanently whenever the username and password supplied by Off2Disney is used to gain access to enter villa details to our back end database.

Ensure that Your properties are kept in a clean and tidy condition, and regular pest control is carried out on Your property.

Off2Disney reserves the right to remove any listing found to contain false information.

Off2Disney reserves the right to remove any listing where complaints have been received regarding the maintenance/condition of the home.

Warrant and accept that the information with regard to the property listed is accurate.
